Our concept was born during a road trip across America, where our owner was inspired by the smokey flavours of classic smokehouses. As he listened to the very playlist you hear in our restaurant, the idea of combining smoke and Asian cuisine emerged. He wanted to explore how the robust, deep flavors of a smokehouse could harmonize with the refined, delicate tastes of Asian cuisine. And so, Yan was born, a fusion of cultures, flavours and experiences, brought together by one unifying element: smoke.
